Overall Capabilities

Hamill Manufacturing Company is a small, AS 9100/ISO 9001:2008, veteran owned business with 58 years of precision manufacturing, and fabrication experience. We are more than a manufacturing facility, we provide engineering services such as drafting, tool design, structural analysis, and metallurgical evaluation. We are qualified at the examiner level in nearly all non-destructive test disciplines including radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrate inspections. Our well-staffed and highly trained Quality Assurance Department ensures that Hamill Manufacturing Company meets the strictest commercial and government quality standards. Our facility has over 55,000 square feet beneath the crane. The crane capacity is 25 tons in the main shop area with over 60 feet beneath the crane in the testing and clean room area.

We have established ourselves as a well-respected supplier of manufactured to print components and assemblies to a variety of industries including Defense, Aerospace, Transportation, Semiconductor, Power Generation, Glass, and Steel. We have demonstrated the capability to machine components ranging from small, intricate items that you can hold in your hand to massive items weighing 20 tons. We specialize in complex machining, welding, and fabrication of almost any alloy including difficult to machine metals such as Inconel®, nickel based alloys, stainless steel, and titanium.
